As a multiple-property owner myself — with several properties in Serbia and Canada, including a Belgrade apartment I stay in when I'm there, two rental investments in the city, a country house I escape to in summer, and a Toronto apartment back home — I know firsthand how much upkeep and care an empty property demands to maintain that fresh, cosy, lived-in feel.
Returning to a Belgrade flat that's been empty for months has a particular feeling — the stale air, the dust on every surface, the mail piled up, that musky stillness of a home not aired out in months. I didn't want that.
So I looked for a professional service to watch and protect my properties while I was away.
